A Private Limited Company can be registered in 10-15 working days, subject to document availability and MCA processing time.
What documents are needed for company registration?
You need PAN and Aadhaar of all directors, address proof, passport-size photos, utility bill for registered office, and No Objection Certificate from the property owner.
